a) Recruitment process:
1. Receiving demand letter from company / Agent
2. Interview panel search potential candidates to meet the exact job speciation. Sometimes we advertise in
newspapers to get the proper job seekers.
3. Arrange the interviews. In this stage, we take a written test and Viva to understand the applicant’s language skills,
previous experience, appearance, and education qualification.
4. Arrange a trade test of selected candidates.
5. Medical check-up & Police clearance candidates.
6. File submitted to embassy for visa visa
7. Completion of training and manpower process from BMET.
9. Confirmation of ticket & departure from the airport.
9. Send mail to get a deployment approval and we inform flight schedule.

b) Selection process
We value each and every visa and hence our tough selection procedure helps us in providing the right talent to our clients.
After receiving the job profile of a particular trade, from our client we shortlist the candidates either through our data bank or by advertisement. For each post, we keep at least three prospective candidates ready in order to have abetter choice. All candidates are summoned for a personal introduction and only after that, depending on their capability, we test them practically.
Each practice test is done keeping in view two factors, quality, and efficiency. It is not necessary that an efficient worker will be a good worker and vice -versa. Only those candidates who are efficient and good at work are selected and graded.
There are some clients who authorize us for the final selection of manpower and there are others who prefer to select the manpower themselves. Whatever the case, these short-listed resumes are presented before the client who makes the final selection by personally interviewing them.
In today's jet age, time is of the essence, and keeping that in mind we also have video conferencing facilities for those clients who are unable for selecting the candidates but still prefer to at least screen them through videoconferencing.
